ipapier interview:
Q. What do you wish people would take notice more of (whether in your collection or fashion in general)?
A. My use of materials. Making a material that would not be considered precious into something precious.
Q. What does your collection feature?
A. A collection of origami jewelry inspired by Japanese culture.
Q. What is your weakness.. what are you bad at?
A. The one weakness of my pieces is that they have a limited life span. But I like this feature in my work, as the jewelry has to be appreciated from the time it exists.
Q. Where can your collection (or pieces from it) be purchased?
A. Directly from me & hopefully from my website and hidden art website soon.
Q. When it’s all said and done, what influence will you want to have on the fashion industry?
A. I want to change the perception of what people perceive to be precious and make a material like paper to have a perceived higher value.
